All orders over $75 are SHIPPED FREE by PRIORITY MAIL to U.S. destinations through the US Postal Service. Orders under $75 will use a flat fee of $5.00

Return Policy

We will issue refunds and accept returns on unused and resalable items.  We suggest that you purchase Youngblood's sample packs first, to select the shades for you.

Click here to send an e-mail within two business days of receipt of merchandise for return authorization and state the reason for request. Customer is responsible for freight charges on returns. Customer must return product within 30 days and must include original receipt.

Is My Order Secure
 

Sophisticated Me uses Miva Merchant shopping cart which is hosted on a secure server to protect your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information.   Look for the lock on the bottom of your screen.   When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until we receive it.
