Return Policy

All internet sales are final, with the exception of defected items or exchanges.

Exchange Policy:

All requests for exchange must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable

2. There are no exchanges after 30 days of purchase date

3. All products must be returned 100% complete and in like-new condition. This includes all packaging, box, warranty card,

etc. YB cannot accept product for exchange if products are damaged from misuse

4. Please allow 7-10 days for all exchanges to post. Exchanges will be provided in the same manner that payment was

made.

Defective Items/Warranty:

YB will gladly replace defective items within the warranty period. Warranty periods vary with different parts. We guarantee

each YB watch for 1 year from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers all defects due to defective materials or

manufacturing. During this period, regulations, adjustments, repairs or replacement parts of the movement will be carried out

free of charge except when the damage has been cause by neglect, inexpert repair or a result of intervention of

unauthorized persons.

This guarantee does not cover the strap, the glass or battery or any discoloration from normal wear. Also this guarantee

does not cover consequential loss whatsoever or how so ever arising, so that only the cost of parts or service shall in any

circumstances be accepted by us. In the event of a claim under the guarantee, please visit our website for details.

 

Strap:

Strap repairs are free of charge in the event of defected pins in the strap links within the first 30 days of purchase. Any strap

repairs after the 30 day period are subject to a charge. See our website for mailing information.

 

Batteries:

The battery in our watch has been supplied free of charge. It will have been in operation since the watch was regulated

therefore may not last 24 months. A new battery may be purchased from a watch repairer or our service department. For

repair or service please refer back to our website.

 

Damaged or Incomplete Products:

If YB provides a shipment that is physically or visibly damaged in transit, please refuse the product(s) during the delivery

attempt. If the products are accepted, please notify YB immediately for transit company inspection and a pickup of the

damaged parcel. YB will arrange a new shipment, at no cost to the customer.

If a product is in any way is incomplete or not as advertised, please notify YB within 7 days of receipt. Any notification of

incomplete or not-as- advertised shipments will not be honored beyond 7 days of customer receipt.
